Jeff Todd is a jazz guitarist who performs regularly for receptions and weddings in the Roanoke Valley. He started playing at age 8, and began seriously studying jazz in high school with Grammy award winning guitarist, Harry Leahey (Phil Woods Quintet). He was the guitarist for the Lafayette College Jazz Band 1980-1984, but he put the guitar down for a while to attend medical school, and train in Internal Medicine and Cardiology.

After moving back to Roanoke, he started seriously playing again in the mid-1990s. Jeff has studied with Jimmy Bruno, Pat Martino, Royce Campbell, and Steve Herberman, and performs throughout Southwest Virginia. He enjoys playing with a full rhythm section, as well as with a vocalist in a duo setting, and also as a solo guitarist.
